Pristine Privacy Policy
Clear information about Pristine and your choices.
This is a plain-language overview. Read the full policy for the complete details and applicable terms.
Who operates Pristine
Pristine is operated by its independent operator. Contact the operator through the website’s Contact us page using your Discord account.
What we use
Discord sign-in confirms your Discord ID, username, avatar and server access. The dashboard stores settings and activity needed to operate your requested tools. Contact conversations use your verified Discord username and ID, not your display name or email.
Conversations and listings
Inbox messages are private to you and the authenticated operator. Either participant can close a conversation. Deleting a closed conversation moves it to that participant’s Trash and can be reversed during retention. Conversations expire 90 days after the last message. Server listings become public only after owner approval.
Providers and advertising
Cloudflare hosts the website and database; Discord provides account and server services. Google Gemini receives message text only where the server enables the configured AI service. The public guide uses Google Fonts. Pristine has no configured advertising or analytics service.
Your choices
Use Cookie Settings to change optional layout storage. Use Your Data to request an export, deletion or other privacy action. Revoke Discord authorization in Discord’s Authorized Apps. Website deletion and Discord deauthorization are separate actions. Read the full policy for retention, provider details and privacy rights. Optional server logs can preserve edited/deleted text and recently cached files. Staff log copies remain in Discord until moderators remove them.
Member verification and optional recovery
Verification confirms your Discord account and applies this server’s selected roles. Pristine does not collect your verification email or IP address. By selecting Verify with Discord, you authorize Pristine to add you to any server connected to Pristine, now or in the future. Every pull requires Pristine-owner approval before any joins. Encrypted join permission is kept for up to 30 days. You can revoke it through Discord’s Authorized Apps or contact Pristine to request removal. Verification does not collect your email or IP address. Ordinary verification revokes its temporary authorization after confirmed role assignment. Only separately opted-in recovery saves an encrypted Discord access/refresh credential, source-server/account IDs, consent version, time and expiry in a dedicated Ubuntu store for up to 30 days. It stores no account name, email or verification IP. The browser-bound authorization state expires in ten minutes; the success cookie contains only the server, expiry and consent/revocation flags for five minutes. Each request snapshots a specific consented member cohort and destination, expires after 24 hours, and is executed only after independently authenticated Pristine-owner approval. Permission and current authority are checked again before each join. Approval is not blanket authorization for future requests. Revocation removes active recovery permission and credentials; it does not remove existing memberships or roles. The encrypted store is excluded from ordinary configuration backups. Discord/provider records follow their own policies.
